ISSCO’s personnel have been rebuilding and remanufacturing used equipment for the metals industries since 1975. Over the years, ISSCO has repaired equipment for a variety of companys including: motors for the KISCO steel mill in China, table repairs for Ispat Inland in Indiana, equipment repair for ACS International, Voest-Alpine and Alcoa. This experience makes us uniquely qualified to provide a remanufactured machine with an “as good as new” 12-month warranty.

The key elements of the program are:
- Equipment in need of repair is removed from service and sent to ISSCO.
- ISSCO completely disassembles the equipment and cleans the components for in depth inspection.
- ISSCO’s quality inspectors detail inspect all of the equipment and generate comprehensive inspection reports.
- ISSCO’s engineers review the inspection reports with the customer to evaluate the most economical and technically sound solution.
- ISSCO’s engineers provide recommendations for design changes, if any, that will improve the equipment’s performance and/or extend the life of the equipment.
- ISSCO’s project management provides to the customer a cost estimate for repairs or modifications.
- ISSCO will provide the procurement, receiving, assembly and functional testing of the finished product.
- ISSCO’s project team provides a turnkey solution for the entire process
